- Project Manager, Mechanical Systems
- Direct Hire, anticipated base salary in the $75K-$110K, based on level of experience
- $35K-$75K potential for performance bonuses
- Matching 401K, Profit Sharing program (averages 8-10% of base)
- Fully paid Health care for employee, spouse, dependents
- Car Allowance, Fuel Card
- Some travel required, typically no more than 4-5 days per month
- Prefer Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management (or equivalent experience)
- Looking for Commercial and Industrial Mechanical Systems experience
- Responsible for calculations, material specs, and project analysis
- Experience with Estimating, RFP responses, Develop Designs and Cost Evals
- Work directly with clients/customers on requirements and budgets
- Negotiation material and subcontractor pricing/selections
- Coordinate design work with Architects, Engineers, and other trades
- Proficiency with AutoCAD MEP and Revit
